This course provides the skills and knowledge required to conduct work related health and safety investigations as a result of an incident and to contribute to a safe workplace.

It applies to individuals who participate in work related health and safety investigations as part of their responsibilities.

- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Must wear enclosed footwear
- Please wear weather suitable clothing
