Course Details


Integral Skills Elevated Work Platform (Yellow Card) course is designed for students and employers who use Scissor Lifts & Elevated Work Platforms (EWP's). This competency is often used as an entry level before moving onto the machines with greater reach and capability.
During the course participants gain knowledge in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, EWP operation, emergency procedures, pre and post operational checks and how to identify safe operating parameters.
For operating work on EWP's with a boom length over 11 metres, the TLILIC2005A - Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform competency is required.

Entry Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age, Physically fit, ability to speak, read & write English.
Please note: To ensure a high level of safety during the course, participants may be subjected to random Drug & Alcohol testing. Your acceptance of this is confirmed upon registering as a participant of this course.

Materials or Equipment Required

- Learning materials are provided.
- Please bring enclosed footwear, hard hat (if owned), weather suitable clothing and Lunch.
- Tea & Coffee Provided.


From 1st January 2015 each student that will be commencing nationally recognised training in Australia is required to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to be able to obtain their certificate or qualification from their registered training organisation.
